Escapade forestière 2 is part of the Conversation with Nature series by artist Kathleen Roby.

 Created during a stay on the North Shore, this work pays homage to the subtle sensations experienced in the great outdoors: the whispers of the wind, the crackling of fire, organic textures. Composed notably of wood fire ashes and water from Lac-au-Brochet, it embodies an intimate fusion of matter and memory.

 The asemic writing suggests a poetic score where nature itself becomes narrator, whispering invisible but deeply felt words into the viewer's ear.
