This work, conceived on a wooden panel, took shape in the heart of an afternoon, when the light began to become more discreet in the corners of my studio.
 Although the choice of composition was intuitive, it was influenced by the variations in light specific to this time of year, when the sun gently filters through the veil of clouds. The echo of summer's warmth lingered within me during the creation of this work, coloring my palette with warm hues of red and yellow.
 These inspiring colours evoke for me the golden rays of the Quebec sun in this autumn season.
