In Derniers jours de l’automne 1 , Kathleen Roby explores the fragility of flowers as the first frosts approach. Inspired by the exceptional autumn of 2025 in Quebec, she captures the moment when petals detach in a final, luminous breath, witnessing the end of a cycle.
 This piece inaugurates a series of five works dedicated to late blooms and the poetry of autumnal colors. Textures of plaster, marble dust, and collages blend with vibrant pigments to offer a delicate composition, suspended between the ephemeral and memory.
